5 Things to Know About Parkinson’s Disease


1. What is Parkinson’s Disease (PD)?

Parkinson’s a disease of brain and nervous system.

Start your exercise and physical activity program EARLY. A well-designed program of specific targeted exercises will help you delay the disease progression.

Special focus on attention should be on improving balance and coordination.

Medications such as Dopamine and its variants will help treat the symptoms. Your physician will prescribe these medications based on the type of symptoms you have.
