Cardiologist, Padma Shri Awardee, Physician to the Presidents of India, New Delhi, India
Prof. Dr. M. Wali who has many firsts to his credit has served three Presidents of India as a full time Physician and has significantly contributed to Medical Education research and training .
He has established the first state of the art Physiotherapy department at the President Estate Clinic.
He has pioneered in the treatment of Preventive Cardiology and Management of Hypertension. Dr Wali has been an astute teacher, a keen researcher and a very contentious clinician par excellence. Dr Prof Wali has written many CardioDiabetes book chapters and is a founder editor of Hypertension, an International journal.
Dr Wali has been awarded Best Alumnus by Kanpur University through the kind hands of the President Pranab Mukherjee who has also awarded to him The Indian Red Cross Medal for the best humanitarian work.
Presently Prof Dr Wali is a Senior Consultant in the department of Medicine at prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.
Dr Wali has been awarded Padma Shri by President of India A P J Abdul Kalam.

Dr. Arun Jayaraman is an Associate Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy & Human Movement Sciences, and Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University's Medical School.
His work primarily focuses on developing and executing both investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored research in prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation robotics, and other assistive and adaptive technologies to treat physical disability. He conducts all his outcomes research using advanced wearable patient monitoring wireless sensors and novel machine learning techniques, in addition to the traditional performance-based and patient-reported outcome measures.
He collaborates both nationally and internationally with many academic and industrial organizations and is internationally recognized in the field of Rehabilitation Robotics.

Dr. G. Bakthavathsalam (Dr. GB) is a multifaceted personality, a visionary, renowned surgeon of 50 year’s reputation, philanthropist, orator, leading industrialist, a dedicated teacher, successful professional, entrepreneur and an ardent believer in social work. The hospital has delivered highly subsidized medical treatment and surgeries to over 2 lakh people, including 6,000 heart surgeries, 10,000 free dialysis, 1,500 free heart surgeries and 1,300 life saving surgeries for the poor and 450 free heart surgeries for children. Dr. M. Wasim Ghori is an experienced Healthcare Consultant and Co-Founder of Rx Healing Canvas who partners with Healthcare CEOs, Executives and Entrepreneurs with the aim of using visual art in artfully designing hospital environments and experiences that are engaging, patient-centered, aesthetically pleasing and research-based.
He holds an MSc in International Health Services & Hospital Management from London South Bank University (LSBU) where he spent considerable time studying the National Health Service and its learnings for India. He has obtained a Fellowship in Healthcare Management from the prestigious Royal Society of Public Health and undertook Leadership Excellence and Employee Engagement Workshops at Dale Carnegie Training Center, London. Dr. Wasim is the recipient of numerous awards for his pioneering work in the field of Art and Healthcare in India including the prestigious 7th MT India Healthcare Award for “Best Healing Design and Painting for Hospitals” at Medical Fair India 2017 and Literary Excellence Award by Bharat Nirman Foundation, New Delhi amongst others. He was also conferred with an Entrepreneurship Award at London Knowledge of Innovation Center in 2011.
Based on his clinical background, extensive health services management qualifications, entrepreneurial skills and rich experience of studying and working in the U.K., the British Council appointed Dr. Wasim as the Brand Ambassador for Education U.K. He has landed coverage in print and electronic media and was interviewed by the Guardian UK and featured by the CLUB UK Magazine. London South Bank University interviewed him recently for their next feature of CONNECT Magazine due to be published in April 2018.
Given the continually advancing knowledge of the brain and its plastic qualities, he advocates the use of art for individuals with traumatic brain injury and a comprehensive neuro-rehabilitation-informed approach to treatment.

Kathleen Jordan
Author of "Standing Up! My story of Hope, Advocacy and Survival after Stroke", Australia
Kathleen has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University of Melbourne. She was made a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) for her many years on the board of the Bionic Ear Institute now Bionics Institute.
Kathleen has her own executive development business INTUITIVE INSIGHTS. She established the company to assist senior managers and executives to create the conditions to enable their staff to flourish in their roles.
She is passionate about helping individuals and teams, bring all of who they are to work to create fulfillment at Work and value for their organisations.
She works with teams and has coached over 300 executives all around the world.
Kathleen found real meaning and purpose in her work. She was passionate about her role. This came to a distressing full stop on 23 August 2011 when she suffered a major stroke.
However she was still determined to contribute to others. She is the author of “Standing Up!” My story of Hope, Advocacy and Survival after Stroke. This gives insights into the effects of a major stroke on the person, their family and friends.
Kathleen receives wonderful feed back that her story inspires others and their loved ones, who are dealing with brain damage and other life changing events.
She now wants to use her experience of the last seven years to draw attention to the need for impediments for return to normal life to be removed. These include insufficient access to Physiotherapy, steps and stairs making shops, theatres and restaurants out of bounds. How to cope with the devastating negative emotions from the new situation.

Dr. Chitra Kataria, an ambassador towards sustained and selfless rehabilitation service to Persons with disability, has spent 27 years serving and rehabilitating the disabled and injured in ISIC. She has treated thousands of patients passionately during her endeavour in Indian Spinal Injuries Centre. Armed with a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy and rehabilitation and visiting fellow at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, U.K. and San Rafalle Hospital, Italy. She is an ideal role model to thousands of upcoming physiotherapists and Rehabilitation professionals. She has been honored with several national awards such as Life Time Achievement Award, Nari Ratan Award, Dr. B. R Ambedkar National Award, Late Shri N.D.Diwan Memorial Award for the year 2013, Medical Excellence Award, Best Physiotherapist for Spinal cord Injury and Best Rehabilitation Consultant in Delhi for her work in the Rehabilitation field.
She has been a pioneer in introducing state-of-art rehabilitation for person with locomotor disability in the country. Always focused on 'holistic healing' and 'innovative healing ways', she has introduced the concept of Active Rehabilitation of Spinal Cord Injuries patients and Telerehabilitation in Indian Spinal Injuries Centre(ISIC) with an aim to improve Quality of Life and Health of person with disability. She has also introduced Sports Injury and Fitness Clinic and Geriatric Clinic for special care for patients with special needs.
She has worked hard to upgrade the quality of rehabilitation services and introduced Masters in Physiotherapy, Masters in Occupational Therapy and Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics and Fellowship programmes in Indian Spinal injuries Centre. In the year 2017, she further increased the domain of education by introducing Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Indian Spinal Injuries Centre.
